About

Grounded in hands-on infrastructure. Built for enterprise scale.

Saab El Hage is a Senior IT & Security Manager with a hands-on technical background across enterprise infrastructure, networking, systems administration, and cybersecurity.

His work is centered on managing and securing complex, multi-site IT environments, from core infrastructure and network architecture to Microsoft technologies, enterprise applications, and day-to-day IT operations.

Rather than operating purely at a management level, Saab stays directly involved in the technical work: designing network architectures, administering Active Directory and Windows Server environments, deploying virtualization platforms, hardening endpoint and network security, and automating IT operations through PowerShell and scripting.

This combination of technical depth and IT leadership allows him to bridge the gap between hands-on engineering and strategic IT management, building infrastructure that is secure, reliable, and built to scale.

Professional Philosophy

How I approach IT

01

Reliability first

Infrastructure should be predictable and available. Resilience is designed in, not patched on afterward.

02

Security by default

Access control, monitoring, and hardening are part of every deployment, not an afterthought.

03

Automate the repeatable

Manual, repetitive work is a source of error. Scripting and automation reduce risk and free up time for higher-value work.

04

Design for scale

Systems are built to grow with the organization across sites, users, and workloads, without requiring a rebuild.

05

Practical over theoretical

The right solution is the one that works reliably in the real environment, within real constraints.

06

Aligned with the business

Technology decisions are made in service of business outcomes, not for their own sake.

07

Continuous improvement

Environments are reviewed and refined on an ongoing basis, rather than left static once deployed.
